Yesterday was a beautiful time with the Lord! We began our day by ministering at the men’s rehab center. There were ten men present, two of which were Jewish. Three of the gentlemen were not even suppose to be there, but Holy Spirit spoke to them and they needed to go to clinic. They did not know why they needed to go, but they listened to the voice inside them telling them to go. Thank you Holy Spirit for prompting these three men to be there!
Each of the men shared a brief testimony. Some were Christians, some had acknowledged who Jesus was, but had never accepted Him. Then Scott explained the root of any addiction is rejection. He shared a part of his testimony. I then took the men into the Word of God in Matt 9:1-7 where it talks about Jesus healing the paralytic and how Jesus healed the man through His forgiveness of sin. I then shared how Jesus healed me and how I was a paralytic. I then said Jesus wants to heal each one of them because they too were paralytics trapped in a cycle of addiction. I shared my testimony about my grandfather and the hatred I had towards him and the resentment I had towards my mother. I also shared the generational spirit of sexual immorality that came upon my sister and I because of the incest. I shared how the enemy took my identical sister down a path of lesbianism and I fell into fornication. I emphasized identical twins have the same genes and the fact that I never fell into lesbianism because there was a homosexual there who openly admitted his condition. I told him his condition was not genetic, but spiritual. Holy Spirit led us to Luke 6:37 where the Word says to forgive if you want to receive forgiveness. I shared how after I accepted the Lord the Lord convicted me about my unforgiveness towards my grandfather and how I needed to forgive him. If they wanted to be healed of their addiction they had to forgive. We then asked who wanted to receive Jesus into their hearts. Both Jewish men accepted the Lord! Praise God! All of the men repeated the prayer. We then ministered deliverance. Each man was prayed for. Several fell under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, including one of the Jewish man and the homosexual who was delivered. Prophetic words were released. It was beautiful to see the move of the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit ended by releasing John 5:14 where Jesus says to “Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” We then stressed the importance not to allow the rejection and unforgiveness to come back. The way to keep those things from coming back is to have a relationship with Jesus, not a religion. Each of the men there was touched in a special way by Holy Spirit, and we believe that they will now have a strong desire to know Jesus on a deep personal way. Please pray for these men. They are in a system that wants to preach to them religion and medical diagnosis instead of the healing power of Jesus Christ. Yesterday Jesus was present in a very powerful way so we are declaring these men to be totally set free by His work in their lives.
Last night was a huge blessing! It was amazing to see how the Holy Spirit ministered in the home and the “family anointing”. One soul came to the Lord and the prophetic anointing was released. A deliverance ministry is being birth, to God be the glory.
Continue to pray for us as we minister to the women this morning and minister to the family of God this evening in the church.
Blessings and Shalom,
Scott, Pam, Summer, and Yvonne
